  external users"), anonymous share links, external guest access, and
  misconfigured Public Teams that shouldn't be public.

  file shares, accounts exceeding quota, inactive mailboxes.

## How it works

1. Admin signs in with Microsoft SSO (delegated — one sign-in per admin).
2. A Global Administrator grants read-only tenant-wide consent to the
   scanning app (one-time, can be revoked in one click from Entra ID).
3. First scan runs automatically. SharePoint + Teams typically complete
   in under 15 minutes on a 50-200 seat tenant.
4. Executive report and findings list are ready immediately — exportable
   to PDF, filterable by severity, saveable as an audit snapshot.

## SAFE data handling

SAFE is our data-minimisation posture:

- **S**cope — Graph permissions are read-only only (Sites.Read.All,
  Files.Read.All, Group.Read.All, AuditLog.Read.All, etc.). We cannot
  write, modify, or delete anything in the tenant.
- **A**ggregate — we store counts, flags, and severities. Never file
  contents, never share URLs, never email bodies, never document names.
- **F**orget — no persistent user tokens; delegated tokens expire with
  the session; app-only tokens are renewed per-scan only.
- **E**U — hosted in the EU, GDPR-aligned, one-click revocation.
