3. Intellectual property
The Cyber name, logo, UI design, and source code are protected by French and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or build a derivative service from them without written permission from olyteck.
The findings and reports the Service produces from your tenant's data remain your data. Your licence to use them is described in §7 of the Terms of Service.
4. Third-party trademarks
"Microsoft", "Microsoft 365", "SharePoint", "OneDrive", "Teams", "Entra ID", "Azure", "Stripe", and any other product or company names appearing on this site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an official partnership.
5. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and the findings accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from bugs, or that the scanner enumerates every relevant object on every Microsoft 365 tenant. The full liability terms are set out in §11 of the Terms of Service.
6. Hyperlinks
Links from Cyber to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
Creating a link to Cyber from a normal, non-misleading context is permitted; framing it or presenting it in a way that implies endorsement or sponsorship is not.
7. Reporting illegal content
To report content that you believe is illegal, infringing, or harmful, email [email protected] with the following:
- your identity and contact details;
- a precise description of the content;
- the URL or location where it appears; and
- the legal basis on which you believe the content is unlawful.
We review reports promptly.
8. Consumer mediation
The Service is offered to organisations only and not to consumers acting outside a trade or profession (see §2 of the Terms of Service). Where a consumer-protection right nevertheless applies and a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
This legal notice and any dispute arising out of use of Cyber are governed by French law. The courts of Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
